Strata fees are almost all inclusive except for property taxes, and optional contents or personal insurance. Strata fees include: sewer, water, garbage, hydro, gas, phone, cable, strata insurance, and contingency reserve.

Financial information is available on request. Note there are separate financials for the Silver Creek Lodge Strata Corporation and for the individual owners /units. Please note individual owner statements will vary depending on the amount of, and timing of owner use.
